Will not heat coffee after 1 month use

Our Creatista Plus stopped brewing hot drinks, instead the coffee and drinks are as cold as the water in the reservoir. We have only used our machine for 6 weeks. We have descaled it, cleaned it, and flushed both the wand and the system. At a loss of words.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unbelivably easy yo use!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a spectacular machine! It seems like it would be a bit intimidating to use, but the set up has been made so easy and quick! The touch screen make creating your own personal drinks easy and perfect! It has every type of coffee drink you would want programmed in and you can personalize from there. It doesn't take up as much counter space as you think (and it looks so cool!!) It comes with a nice assortment of capsules so you can learn what is available. Defineatly worth looking into!!

I was missing the pods that were advertised on the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a die-hard fan of espresso and have been looking for a good espresso machine for my home. This machine has exceeded all expectations and makes an absolutely amazing and delicious coffee. It is very easy to set up, and extremely easy to use. I highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a espresso machine definitely brings the restaurant quality into the home. You will not be disappointed.

I'll be honest: It is impressive. But more to the point, it delivers on everything it promises; a perfect cup every time, a wide selection of coffee to try from around the world, ease of operation and use (but being honest, the maintenance on this--kinda picky- is key). It's a gleaming behemoth. And I'm good with that.
