The best Espresso machine on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I give this a 10/10. The machine is built to be sturdy , and the components all have held up well...they did not skip on quality. The touchscreen is a very cool feature, and I absolutely love the fact that I can adjust the milk froth level and temperature. Using the Creatista Pro is the highlight of my morning each day.

Excellent coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the breville creatista pro machine a little while ago..this is a great product for a coffee person like me....it makes all different kinds of specialty coffee, as well as plain old black. It is easy to operate, and uses nespresso pods, which makes it easier than measuring the perfect amount for my creations...self cleans nicely by itself...looks beautiful as well...I would recommend to everyone

Best Appliance Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best appliance I have ever owned. This is Creatista® Pro is the best coffee I've ever had from home or anywhere. I no longer need to go buy expensive coffees because I can now do them at home, on my own. My wife and I have had so much fun trying all of the different types of nespresso coffee types and trying to design the foams. This machine is so well made, has never made a bad cup of coffee and looks great sitting on my marble kitchen counter. I have and will always recommend this product to anyone that is a coffee lover. It's a game changer!

Pro Coffee Machine Top of the line!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be the best thing in my kitchen! I absolutely love it! I look forward to waking up and making espresso and filling the entire house with the beautiful aroma of coffee. The Creatista Pro makes it easy for me to brew Cappuccinos, Espresso's, Americanos, or really anything that you can think of! The display walks you through what to do and how to make your beverages. There are simple buttons to add more coffee or hot water to each choice. Did I mention how classy this device looks in my kitchen? I get compliments every time we have guests and one of our favorite things is to make coffee after dinner together.

Disappointed!

I have been patiently waiting for this for sooo long. All because it mentions it simultaneously will froth milk and pour the shot at the same time. The US version is not capable of doing this, as the UK and AUS version can due to them being able to have higher circuits of electricity in their wiring of walls. Breville really needs to remove this verbiage from the US website as it is misleading. The unit I also just purchased might have also been defective, as it made zero foam no matter what froth setting or drink. I own Breville’s Oracle Touch, but wanted a version capable of brewing nespresso pods and this unit did not impress. Very disappointed it can’t handle or was built to simultaneously brew and froth and that it didn’t make foam at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wowsah! the Creatista Pro

I love my new Creatista Pro! A small learning curve to start, and perfect espresso drinks ever since. Both the printed information that came with the machine and the step-by-step instructions the machine gives you were the perfect beginning. From the touch screen on top to the measured milk jug… I have thoroughly enjoyed the different coffees and espressos made. Everything from a macchiato to a latte has come out perfect. I also like the cleaning of the machine including the tray which is not completely plastic. I do like the metal insert on top. Both rugged and classy. The only downside is for the local coffee shops…I don’t frequent them as much as I used to :-) Thanks Breville!
I bought it and it was defective product I did work for a couple times and then stoped working, they told me ri call nespresso and I did and they couldn’t solve the problem, Breville don’t have enough people to answer their phone so get ready for a long wait to get your situation resolved , I did return it because it’s a hassle to be on the phone for a long time . Don’t buy it

We love and hate the Creatista Pro for several reasons. We love the machine because it really does take the best of all the other machines and puts it into a single compact easy to use machine that produces some really spectacular coffee drinks. We hate the machine because it is not built well. We bought our first machine in November 2022 and had it for 3 weeks before it broke. The machine, for whatever reason will turn itself off right in the middle of a milk frothing cycle. When I researched this issue for trouble shooting I found out that this is something that a lot of people had to deal with. We returned the machine and got another one, which lasted all of 3 days before the same issue started on that machine. We have now had to return that one and are now having to wait an entire month for a third machine. If the third machine has the same problem we will return it for good and probably never buy Breville again. I find it so hard to understand how a company can keep putting garbage into the market. I certainly hope that Breville finds the cause and fixes it for good because like I said the machine delivers everything we wanted when it worked, it's just unfortunate that we haven't had one that has worked for more than a month. So very disappointed.
