Won't last 2 years

Just like each one of my other Breville appliances, i can guarantee it won't pass the 2 year mark. Toaster oven (<2 years dead), brew & grind (<2 years dead), espresso machine lasted also 2 years. All I have left working is a toaster and thats a miracle.
Breville, you won't see another penny from my household/family.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased my Oracle in November of 2017 - have never had to have it serviced - the cleaning cycles are simple and the most maintenance I have ever done is to flush the steam wand with water after making my morning latte - I have used other branded stand alone machines owned by friends (delonghi & simonelli) and always feel slightly superior because the oracle quality & ease of use cannot be best - when and if this machine gives up on me I will be headed straight back to the store to purchase a second oracle - I only use medium roast Italian beans & the shots are perfecto
I would recommend this to a friend!
