Lovely item with 1 problem

This item is made of good material and the size and look are great. The light is also nice, and the unit is generally quiet except when cooling down it produces a relatively acceptable noise.
Why 4 not 5 stars? It is supposed this unit can be re-charged in 3 ways, 1: power adaptor OR 2: car plug, AND 3: USB-C. The USB-C can be combined with the power adaptor or the car plug at the same time for faster re-charge. The power adaptor and the car plug share the same plug so one can be used at a time. The problem is trying to recharge with the USB-C. The unit I received starts re-charging on USB-C then stops. I tried different cables and different power supplies to no avail.
Although this might be a small problem to most users, yet to me, it was not as I have one application where the power consumption is higher than the power supply provided by the power adapter and combining with the USB-C is necessary to keep the juice flowing.
I had several friends complementing the item and taking photos of it with the intention to purchase soon.

Charging my items was not an issue and the 110V power supply works well. If you have low power consumption items plugged in then better turn the ECO switch off as the unit will go on standby if you don't and stops supplying power. Had no problems after switching the ECO off.

Solid performance and good value

Got it for a weekend car camping run event. Had multiple people using it to charge phones and headlamps while running some led tent lights and ended the weekend with over 40% batter left. The number and variety of plugs is great. Lots of options to charge.

Destroys the Yeti 200X

Bought a Yeti 200X and it had to be plugged in all the time and wouldn't hold a charge much long. Bought the Anker 421 and it's a phenomenal little power bank which holds a charge, charges fast and I already charged 5 devices simultaneously! So happy with my purchase!
