Cheaper then installing a entire sauna in my house

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is neat! I never thought in a million years I would own something like this. I loved the sauna offered at the gym but the idea of installing one in the basement of my home made my wallet hurt. This thing is portable, compact and rolls away for storage with ease. When I want to use it I just roll it out on the floor, couch or bed and crawl in. The first time I used it I tried it on the floor as I was worried all my sweat would leak out onto the couch or bed but it did not! Most of my sweat is contained to whatever clothes I am wearing and as long as my hair is tied up I don't look like too much of a hot mess when I emerge an hour later. I will say you have to build your tolerance up with this. I thought I could handle longer my first time and I got a little light headed. My skin is super soft and I do not seem to retain excess water weight if I use it at least one time per week. I will also say its much easier to use in the winter months, summer heat + sauna wrap can be unbearable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll just say I'd rather go to a sauna instead. I'd give this more of a 1.5/5 more than anything else. Someone who has a Health Science background, I was very skeptical on this to begin with especially when it's promoted to "lose weight". You're supposed to sweat - and sweat does not cause weight loss! You're supposed still do physical activity! Some negative things I found were: the temperature fluctuates, and the area around the feet is not heated. The power cord is short.. It does NOT get as hot as they say it should. For someone who loves to even put heating pads on the highest setting, I don't find this hot at all. The wrap though is very well made. This whole concept really made me thing of a "upgraded adult" Snuggie (without the arms since it does not have sleeves).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Relaxation and comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very calming and soothing, I felt at ease when I layed in it for about 45 minutes. I have anxiety and it really helps.And I sweated more in it than I do at a gym.It is very beneficial for me! Has different settings for your needs.The vibrate mode is relaxing and helps my look.
