I have used Garmin GPS watches since 2007 and the Forerunner 305. Since that time I have had a number of models like the Forerunners 230, 620, and 735XT. The Enduro 2 provides me with so many features and data that I am barely scratching the surface of its potential 7 months after first getting it on my wrist! 100% recommend this for people who need more battery life for the ultra+ events!

The Garmin Enduro 2 is a fantastic watch for an outdoor athlete. Trail maps keep you on the course, you can monitor heart rate, distance, output, and almost any other metric you are tracking. Solar power charging will keep your watch changed for days. While the watch is big it is powerful and a tool you can use for any outdoor sport from hiking to skiing to skating, you cannot go wrong with this watch!

Best watch money can buy! I would hesitate to recommend only due to the size of the watch, which has taken a bit to get used to. This watch does everything and more than you will ever need and has an insane battery life!

Ran a 100 miler and my light went out. My Enduro 2 saved the day for 3 hours. It still had 59 percent. It has locked up a couple of times. But an amazing watch overall

As a firefighter I needed something that could meet a variety of needs. I maintain an intense workout routine and this Garmin allows me to track and trend those workouts. I connect my aftershokz headphones while on runs because I hate carrying my phone. The battery life is insane. Even with consistent use I can easily get over 25 days of heavy use. The notifications allow most apps to notify you which makes it convenient while on a scene and can’t check my phone. The light feature is an added bonus and came in handy a couple times. I think this watch is probably more for experts but I appreciate the convenience and believed it was worth the extra cost although the fenix is just as capable if you’re more budget conscious.

Was excited about the Enduro 3. But when I found out it was plastic on the bottom it was a hard sell. The Enduro 2 is titanium mainly all throughout. MIP display is fantastic and the solar is still great on the 2. Despite the Enduro 3 having better solar I doubt it's worth the upgrade unless you live in the Sahara. The Enduro 2 will do everything an outdoor athlete will need for years and years!
