After a 100% charge the battery is drained overnight. This is tested for 3 consecutive days. The only applications downloaded are Google Chrome and Office 365, and the laptop did not come with any other applications. McFee was already installed, and I added my subscription. So far, the performance with processor I7 and ..... is not better than my previous Ideapad 510, which at this point suffers from battery issues too. It came with Windows 11 that appears to limit much more the access to change pre-set settings, so I have not been able to implement any of the recommendations I found online to address the battery matter. Unfortunately for me the current acquisition is not a ready-to-use equipment, until I can figure out what is wrong with the battery. Also, I searched for a laptop case and keyboard protector to no avail. Overall, it looks good, but the trade in price/ quality is still a big concern. It was delivered in time. The snipping tool may be a good thing, yet servers a different purpose from recording snapshots during a presentation in real time. Right now I had to connect the charger, which by the way is a slow charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would say that in the time I've been using this Thinkbook, I'm satisfied with my purchase. I'm the type of person who buys something for the long haul. It is lightweight but doesn't feel cheaply made. Battery life is respectable. Touch screen adds some advantages to the experience. It would be nice if there were larger Data storage configurations. I got the largest option offered but, I feel like 1TB wouldn't be that hard to fill up over time. I do recognize that a lot of platforms are going to more cloud based storage but, I prefer to keep things local. I personally am still adjusting to the configuration of accessory ports on the sides of this Notebook. I'm used to seeing a lot more ports for accessories but Lenovo really streamlined what's pertinent for most applications (I just need to get with the times :P). It's quick, its responsive, and pretty quiet. Be mindful the ventilation is pushed out the bottom so, not recommended for Lap use. I haven't used this Thinkbook for gaming so I can't weigh in on the iRIS graphics just yet but, I'm confident in its abilities if you play some of the more old school games.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The camera and the qualify of the picture on Zoom meetings is not real good. It has also been a problem hooking an external speaker up to it for Zoom meetings. Don't like the fact that it's one jack for both a mic and headphones/external speakers.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product love the new metal cases…Tech support needs to understand WiFi compatibility to save time and money for Lenovo and customers. Working on a DSL modem isn’t compatible with out of box WiFi setting for WiFi 6 and tech couldn’t figure that out with so much detail provided. I ended up figuring out to change the WiFi setting value to make it compatible resulting in one less return.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop packs a punch and is quite zippy, but it lacks in battery life, which I was unaware of before purchase. I am also having some power management issues but I think I'll figure those out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Yoga 2 Pro for 9 years and decided to stick with the Lenovo brand for this purchase. I am very happy with my new ThinkBook 15 Gen 4! The nonglare screen and larger keyboard make everything a bit easier. A great business machine. Would highly recommend!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy laptops as compared to the couple Lenovo Yoga models I used, but it doesn’t flip over. Useful when intending to use as a desktop alternative that you can hook off power. The touchscreen is very neat as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up. Even though I created an issue by pausing in the middle of PIN set up, I was able to call the support line and received immediate help which solved my problem. I chose this computer because it is the closest model that I found to the one I used at my last job, which was the best computer I've ever had. Began using immediately for my new business two weeks ago and I've had zero issues.
