I have always been a loyal Lenovo customer personally and in my career in IT procurement. This product was the perfect choice for my two daughters going off to college. Great price point and great service.

The computer is okay. Your business practices are horrible! Lenovo is not to trusted. I was assured by sales rep that my purchase was part of a promo. Now, a month+ later they say that they were mistaken and cannot honor what was offered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This computer does what I need it to do. However, the MacAffee software was a big hurdle in getting my remote work software in order. The software seemed to be the culprit of first stalling and halting all programs, and eventually not letting my computer startup at all.
I had to have my employer's IT dept help in sorting it all out.

I do wish the battery life was longer but I knew that going in. I also wish there were more USB ports, but again, I knew that. It's well worth the money ad I highly recommend it.
