I use this on a daily basis it is nice to have nugget ice at home . They also have great customer support and service. It is a little loud when running but it makes ice so fast it doesn't bother me much
I would recommend this to a friend!

Second Unit in a year

These make great ice when they work. This is the second unit within a year; we use filtered water as well as clean the unit on a regular basis using a mild cleaner. Grateful to have the warranty, but these units do not hold up. Don't know if it is just a product of these countertop units or if it is just this brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm very disappointed in this Ice machine!

Stopped working after a short time of use. It leaked water consistently. Started making a screeching noise. Took the back panel off and it's full of mold. I was hospitalized over it. Absolutely do not buy this product. I called the phone number listed on other reviews but no luck.
