Why Can't I Download My Tax Statements?

I bought TurboTax Business because I have now have trusts to manage from an estate inheritance. I've been using TurboTax for my personal returns for years and was very satisfied. I can download tax statements from financial institutions for my personal tax return, and it saves me a great deal of time. For the much more expensive TurboTax Business product, there is no download function, so I was required to type in my 1099-DIV, 1099-B and stock sale information line by line. It makes no sense that one TurboTax product can download, and another cannot. Otherwise, I was generally happy with the product as it walked me through a more difficult tax form than I am used to.
My one other complaint is that there is no single product that will allow me to prepare both my personal taxes and my trust taxes. It seems like there should be an all-in-one option for people who need to file trust taxes as well as personal taxes.

Turbo tax CD and Download needs to become a Software as a Service platform similar to Tax Live. Requires better integration for users with business tax needs.

Why do I have to mail in extra forms?

I e-filed and my returns but TurboTax says I have to print a form and mail it. The form has no mailing address and all it says is that no taxes are due. I click on the "explain this" link and it takes me to a website where I have to ask questions to the cloud and there is no explanation. The "explain this" link is very misleading. Nothing was explained. Usually, TurboTax gives a decent description when a user is searching for more detailed information.

Filing Estate Taxes

As executor of an estate, I did not understand how to file estate taxes. When I found the correct TurboTax edition and downloaded it, I spent about 5 minutes on filing. Such a relief off my mind!

TurboTax Business

Not user friendly. I found I had to search Google for many answers. I have used TurboTax for individuals for years and expected the Business version to be similar in ease of use. I'm hoping it will improve over the years.
