I've been using turbo tax for personal and business taxes over 25 years and still love it! It makes filing taxes easy, even S-Corp taxes! Thank you for such a great product, TurboTax!

Update Problems Two Years in a Row

This is the 2nd year in a row that TurboTax was unable to update, and I had to download the update patch. This time even with the patch, TurboTax refused to file. I had to uninstall, re-download, reinstall as administrator (which I am anyway), and finally it worked. Every other program on my computer updates just fine.

a challenge but worth it

The learning curve is steep, just trying to do taxes yourself as well as learning TT but once you get it, it's great. As in anything, the helpers vary in their abilities so just hope you get someone on the phone who can help solve your problem and if you don't try someone else.
