Yes, they work as advertised

I bought these for my wife as she watches MSNBC a lot. The instructions are lacking in integrity and I needed to reach out to tech. support for assistance, they were very helpful.

Sennheiser quality as always shines through. The TV clear set does what it says on the tin. The only downside is the App that controls it. It is a bit buggy at the moment and is prone to lockup or not see the device. Although it does this occasionally it doesn't stop the device working as soon as TV is on and you stick them in your ears. Away they go. Love them, especially the clarity function as I am a bit mutt & Jeff as are most ex RAF engineers. Quality and comfort. I have numerous Sennheiser products as they are superb, pricey but superb.

I am extremely impressed with the product. It does EXACTLY what the advertising said it would and was easy to set up. I particularly like the fact that I dont have to pair the head pieces with the connector to the TV. It every time I choose to use them to listen to TV.It finds it automatically every time even after I have been using the headphones on my phone. A GREAT buy. Has made my TV listening so much easier

I’ve purchased two sets, two transmitters do not work in two separate rooms at the same time.
Disappointed! Is there a fix?
