NEW cabinet, with faulty parts

Instructions were very easy to understand. However, the screen is working and it seems to be a regular issue. I purchased my cabinet 4 days ago and it arrived today (8-18-24). Now that I've built it, and power is coming to the PCB, I've realized a dead screen is 'normal'. I shouldn't haven't to wait on replacement part for a BRAND NEW unit.
