It broke the first day

The machine was all out together and we loved it . After playing it for one day the cord fell out and wouldn’t plug back in . The piece for the plug in the machine is broke . We have called to get the part but have had zero luck

Day 2 and the machine broke.

My son got to play on the machine for 1 day.
In the second day- I plugged it in and heard a loud noise but couldn’t figure out what it was. Then I noticed the screen had bubbled out and was overheating.
