Out of box control issue

After assembly and power up, it was discovered that the D-pad had a non functioning right direction. Currently trying to remedy the issue. With out power supply, up, down, and left have audible click will the right does not.

Nice quality for the price, good instructions, and reasonably easy installation. All the parts were well marked and had precise fitment. Easy startup, and a very fun classic arcade game. A great addition to my game room.
