Packaging kept this item damage free aside from some minor flaws in the scratch guard covering the screen. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and only required one person for set up. We are ready to start playing our retro game in our retro house!

Joystick does not work

I just opened the box and plugged in part A to make sure it works. The joy stick does not move to the left.
