My son received this from Santa. Last night, December 30th, I finally had the chance to put it together. After 2 hours, I was finally able to plug it in.. it's says LOADING... in all white letters, then suddenly the letters turn blue & yellow and it's frozen.. you can't turn it off, you can't start a game.. nothing! My son is autistic and doesn't understand..he was BEYOND excited!!!! This machine was expensive.. and now to return it i have to spend all thay time taking it back apart and BOXING it back up?.. why couldn't it just have worked.. then I'll have to wait for a refund before I can purchase another one, and spend the grueling time putting it together in hopes it works this time. It's exhausting. I have reset it.. unhooked everything and made sure it was all in the right place, turned off and on, unplugged it.. same results everytime!! I'm beyond disappointed.

It was so easy to put together(took less than 45 mins). It’s a decent height and amazing display. Overall amazing product!
