Nice upgrade from a regular clock/radio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this so I can connect my phone via bluetooth and also charge my phone. I wanted dual alarms, a large display, and radio presets as well. The directions for use could be more non-techie friendly. They are sparse, leaving one to figure out how certain things function.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice little radio except for one icky feature

Just picked up this little radio a couple of days ago. I like it - lots of features and pretty good sound quality for such a small device but it has one annoyingly glaring problem. There is a built-in voice (LOUD voice) that announces RADIO, BLUE TOOTH and POWER OFF every single time you turn it on (cycles through first two) or off. Who on earth needs this? Does one not know that you're turning on (or off) the radio? I am so disappointed. Would otherwise be delighted with the purchase but can't give it all stars due to this very annoying (and apparently unchangeable) feature. Unless you enjoy being yelled at by your radio I'd look for another device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

would still recommend except the voice assistant won't shut up

A large disappointment

My unit is partially functional, bluetooth will connect; the clock sets and I can control music playback on my phone, but the speaker only emits quiet static no matter the volume level. I imagine that it's a fault with the bluetooth chip on my unit, however, that's not why I rated this poorly. Rather, the sound quality is just bad, unless the antenna is fully extended and away from other electronics, strong radio stations sound a lot like distant AM stations, and on top of that, this very loudly announces what mode it's in. Plus, the unit just has a cheap plastic feel to it.

Can't control volume

This radio works fine except for one glaring deficiency. When the alarm turns on the FM radio, the volume begins to increase from minimum to maximum volume. I want the radio to awaken me, not blow me out of bed! The printed instructions and the manufacturer's website don't provide a clue as to how to remedy this problem.
