Cheap Product

It's probably a waste to even write this review since this food processor is now discontinued. But it clearly shows what kind of product this company makes when you can only use it a few times before the gears break completely. My dad is an accomplish repairman and we couldn't even get parts for the gear unit because Hamilton Beach considers their products "consumable", as in when it breaks just after the warranty expires, then buy another.

I am an infrequent user of my food processor, but the times I have used it were great, UNTIL, I was making hummus and the gears sounded like they snapped. I have had it for 1 1/2 years, So I am waiting for support to email me back.

Had another brand that cost much more and was so difficult to use an open and lock that I absolutely gave it away this product has everything ticks all the boxes to containers easy Locke I just love it. I’m so excited to start using it.

This is a really nice size for a family I haven't used it yet just did the unboxing I like the look and ease of the lock the twist lock on my last one was the reason I chose one without the twist
