Great Rice Cooker

Definitely a great rice cooker for the price. Super easy to use and cooks great. Only flaw I see is that there is no Off switch. You have to unplug it to turn it off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not know why I never got a rice cooker before. This thing is amazing. It makes perfect rice every time. It comes with a rice spoon, a measuring cup and a steam basket as you can also steam vegetables while cooking your rice. Only has one switch so ease of use is out of this world. I would recommend this product to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried my Proctor Silex Rice Cooker for the first time last night. It is very simple .. I made four cups of rice, you add water to the "4 line" on the cooker and then hit the cook button. 20 minutes later I had fluffy delicious rice. Not sticky at all. It was perfect. Definitely recommend. The included spatula is a bit flimsy, mine was cracked when removed from packaging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why would I want another small appliance for my kitchen? Because this rice cooker works like a charm! Just load it and forget it without having to second guess about timing! The 16-cup version is the perfect size for the two of us, even if I want to create a crowd-size dish. It's so easy to use that I now see what I've missed over the years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First the setup is very easy and simple to use. Put the rice in with equal amount of water and 17-19 minutes later it is done! After a few different batches of rice I've found no hard or uncooked rice which is great for me. Each piece was just as soft as the other. So if you want a great cooker and steamer with simple setup and excellent results then this is the one for you!

So Easy To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years I have made rice in a pan on the stove, but NO MORE! One would think that there isn't much difference between the pan/stove method and a rice cooker, but there is. First it is so easy to measure water and rice, pour into the cooker and flip to cook. No need to watch for boiling over and no stove mess to clean up. Secondly, the rice is cooked to perfection every time. I will never be without a rice cooker again!
