Compact but Mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Coffee Maker I loved the compacted look with easy to use buttons. The settings allows you to choose the strength of the brewing, and when to schedule it to start, which is a must have feature for coffee drinkers. The fact that it does not beep when is starting or finishing to brew is one more reason to keep it. However, It surely makes up on the sounds when is brewing and keeping coffee warm in the pot which can wake up the rest of the household and that is not a good thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i first opened the box I was surprised to see how light this is. It was easy to set it up and the instructions are clear and concise. I made a 12 cup pot to test it and it worked well, making coffee at an acceptable speed. I just made a one cup pot of coffee and it turned out amazing with lots of flavor. The only negative for me is the little window on the bottom front of the maker. It was difficult for me to read it without a flashlight. I do like the settings though....Regular, Bold and 1-4 cups. I havent used the programming yet but will do so tonight and will report on that tomorrow. I only gave it 4 stars because of the window.

Best Coffee Maker Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this coffee maker in my kitchen, The coffee taste great and you can choose from 3 different brew options including pf how strong you want you coffee to be. I use the auto wake feature which I like because you can set a time to when you want the coffee maker to start brewing. Lastly it is very fast at brewing the coffee only takes about 5 minutes or less. I have no dislikes abut this product I love it.

Very nice coffee brewer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Hamilton Beach 12 cup coffee maker in my house for the past five days. Using the appropriate amount of ground coffee and water, the coffee flavor was good.
I used the timer, and my coffee was ready fir me when I had breakfast. Unfortunately, every time the coffee maker is unplugged, the time has to be reset. It must remain plugged in to maintain current time. Perhaps an internal battery, that does not need to be replaced but is recharged every time coffee maker is plugged in, could be linked to the clock to maintain time.
The non-removable carafe lid is a pain. When putting in the dishwasher, care must be used as it does not lay flat. When handwashing, lid has a tendency to get in the way. A removable lid would be very nice.
Used the Bold option. Coffee did seem to be stronger, but more experimenting needs to be done to determine if it really does make stronger coffee.
I have no idea what purpose is served using the 1-4 option. I put in six cups of water when using the 1-4 option, but still got six cups.
Having the auto off after two hours is great. When I get sidetracked, I forget to turn it off after brewing is complete. This feature eliminates burnt tasting coffee.
Brewing is fast, without taking away from the flavor.

Great coffee maker

All you need for a good hot cup of coffee. This definitely will get the job done, and done well
Extremely easy to use. I actually have a high end coffee make that I still have to read instructions before using.

Doesnt take too long to brew a pot. i usually cant wait so the pause and serve is awesome. had company over and brewed numerous pots of coffee and everyone really liked how efficient it was. this is my new daily brewing machine.
