Easy on life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love French toast right.. But cooking it indoor is not fun.. Love fried fish too but cooking indoors stinks.
I am so happy to have this burner and make my life easy and non stinky. I can not only use it at home but also in outdoor activities. Easy to use and I am so happy to have this electric burner.

Great Backup Burner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this Proctor Silex Electric Double Burner Cooktop. I have an older ceramic top stove from the 1970s which is very hard to clean. I use only the 2 front burners since I use the back ones only for storing cooking pots. I have plenty of counter space for this extra burner, so I use it when I am cooking 2 foods at once. I like that it heats up very quickly, unlike my old ceramic top stove which takes 7-8 minutes to get hot. This is sturdy and does not slide around on the countertop. I get the impression of good workmanship and durability from this cooktop as well.

It is easy to use and just as easy to clean.I use it when cooking a big meal with the family over and need more space. I pull this little guy out to make apps why we wait. Also its great for glamping!! Small enough and light enough to pack away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for when you need an extra burner or two. I live in a studio with two burners and no oven do things can get quite tricky. They get as hot as a normal burner and definitely do the job. These have made cooking enjoyable again. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This past weekend I had several friends over for a fish fry and being that it was fish, my wife said take it outside. So I cranked up the propane burner and started cooking. Unbeknownst to me, the tank was almost empty and I'm in the middle of cooking when the gas ran out. So to save the day, I pulled out the double burner electric and resumed cooking and saved the day.

These burners work good and heat up quickly. They seem to made of good quality and don’t look or feel cheap. I would recommend getting these burners.

Perfect for the situation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This I had to pick up for one specific reason we have a very nice Whirlpool of in glass top and the 2 infinite switches in the back for the front burner's both burnt out at the same time I'm having an issue finding that part so I ran across of this and I thought oh well let me just get this and it actually works perfectly the only criticism I have is maybe the eyes could be a little further apart like an inch maybe 2" because when you have 2 pans going at 1 time they kind of bump into each other so if it could be just a little bit wider there with the eyes just a little bit further apart beyond that it works excellent I would recommend it for anybody especially college kids if they're in a dorm and don't have an oven they could use this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am extremely pleased with the Proctor Silex Burner. The one side heats up to 1000 watts and can be used to cook anything I would normally make on my stove. I like that it can adjust from lower heats to a rollicking boil. The other burner is 700 watts and is great for keeping foods warm. It is also a plus that I can use any type of cookware without fear of damage. This will be great when I have a get together with my friends.
