I received my product and after filing it with water I found that the lid did not close all the way. My water bottle leaked. I reached out to the company over 2 weeks ago with NO reply. I wanted to get a replacement because the product I received was defective. I work in healthcare and I can t even use it!

Honestly not impressed at all. It splashes out of the straw when you go to drink If you leave the cap open in between drinks.

Love the color and easy flip up straw. I also like how it can lock so it doesn t accidentally spill. It keeps my drink cold for hours, even in the hot sun
