Excellent bottle - sad result

I love the Owala Flip bottle I received for Christmas. Unfortunately, I dropped it getting out of my car and now it doesn't seem to keep my water cold. Is it possible that I broke something in the stainless steel bottle or is this my imagination?

It spits back

Was so excited to receive this water bottle, but after the first use I've already had problems. Every time I open the top, no matter how slow, water spits out all over the place. I even tried to put less water in, but it still will spit out once first opened.

Keeps water cold, but...

I really like the bottle overall. The 19 oz bottle is a nice size. I thought it was going to be too small, but it fits perfectly in a car cup holder, and works well for the office. My biggest complaint is that after cleaning it the straw doesn't want to go back in properly, and you end up getting a lot more air than water when you drink. I only wash it by hand, so the dishwasher heat isn't the issue. Also, my daughter got the same bottle, and after she bumped hers, the exterior crumbled like aluminum foil. Not a good look.

This water bottle not only knocks it out of the part for looks but function too! So easy to just sip and hydrate while at work, the gym, or a walk in the park! Highly recommend this to anyone!

A masterpiece of design

Look at that neon pink ” it s called Hyper Flamingo, and I wish I could paint my nails to match my water bottle. Would that be weird? I don t care! Just looking at new 24 oz. Owala Flip makes me so happy. Whether I m hiking with my dog, working in my garden or running errands, I make sure I hydrate and Owala always makes this a pleasure. My Flip is leak-proof, insulated, and BPA-free. I love the hideaway straw, which keeps things clean but pops up easily when I need it. This bottle isn t for coffee or soda, just refreshing beverages that stay cold for hours. I will never go back to a cheapo, ineffective water bottle; Owala is a masterpiece of design and technology!
