[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst product I’ve spent this much money on. First week, a zip tie was in the way of the fan blade, so it would get stuck and not spin. Lost a fridge full of food as a result. Then our compressor went out, once again losing a fridge full of food. We are currently without a fridge as we are still waiting on a repair for that. We’ve had this fridge a total of one month, and it’s hardly worked. It has also been super loud. Our 20 year old Thermador was quieter, even in its last days. Feel as if we got a lemon! Only good thing about this fridge is the inside is pretty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Esthetic design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Jenn Air side by side about 6 months ago. We love the exterior look as well as the black interior walls. We picked this Jenn Air over other brands due to its design, & reasonably priced. One feature I miss, however, is a butter or cream cheese shelf/compartment.

I purchased it about and year and a half ago, and for the last few months have had issues with it freezing my veggies in the crisper and other items that are towards the back. I have a call in to get a repair guy out while still under warranty.

Ice chest poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door to ice chest does not open fully enough to remove drawers without them scratching and forcing. Ice chest side is too small. Dispenser would be better than handling ice by hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this through our builder and are so happy we did! The doors are heavy but not cumbersome. We LOVE the black interior. It really does make the food look more appetizing! The food is kept at the proper temps and fresh. This is our second large built in Jennair fridge.
