Excellent and Elegant Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a whole kitchen set of Jenn Air appliances including this refrigerator. The unit is very well built, clean and easy to configure. The controls are well positioned and the illumination is excellent. We like how well it works and keep the food at the right temperature. We chose to install cabinetry panels on the doors and it works very well.
Pros: Attractive Design, Easy To Use, Quality Construction

Nice Design - Frozen Produce

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this fridge for about a couple of months now. We really like the look and design of it but are having trouble figuring out the temperature settings and operation of the crisper drawers. The operation manual is too generic to determine temperature settings in correlation to specific products being stored in the the drawers. We're having trouble storing fruits/vegetables in the drawers...lots of lost produce due to freezing. So we're working through it via trial and error by raising freezer and fridge temps above recommended settings.
Pros: Attractive Design, Compact

Pretty but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty handle, sleek styling with doors that go all the way up to the top (No distracting top vent like the subzero) and without the distraction of multiple doors (French styling). Obsidian interior is really sleek BUT the glass shelves don’t go all the way to the back wall so items/ spills can potentially drop down the back. Changeable drawers from refrigerator to freezer would be a good feature to have. And wifi alert for “door left open” would be really nice. Having said that, I knew the fridge didn’t have all these features but it looked good and so we bought it since it’s very much on display in a very open plan home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even at 43 degrees lettuce and vegetables freeze in the top crisper drawer. No butter compartment. Seems like a lot of wasted space. Freezer doesn't keep ice cream solid at low settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent Refrigerator. Very sleek and functional. The adjustable shelving is sturdy. The stainless steel door does not show the fingerprints like my previous refrigerator. Excellent product, would recommend to a friend.
