Great new tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this for the first time a week ago to do a Angus roast. I have always just slow cooked my roasts before. I heard this would allow me to grill a roast and had never tried before. After watching some videos and setting up, I will be using this to grill my roasts from now on.
