I bought this for my dad for Fathers Day. We spent the day as a family making our own personal pan pizzas and they turned out fantastic! Pizzas cooked in under 10 minutes and were evenly cooked all the way around. We were all very impressed at the quality of the pizzas. I would highly recommend to any pizza fan out there.

Great success cooking home made pizza

I can’t imagine how this would have worked without the deflector shields lucky I had some. Not included. The oven heated up perfect. My handle wasn’t long enough on pizza spatula opening very hot. Make sure you use corn breading or something so will slide off. Not much extra room. My only real gripe. No way to snuff out coals. What a waste. Especially since I use UL lump charcoal from KamadoJoe.

This is like the flux capacitor...it needs 1.21 gigawatts of power to get you to the future. It really gets you to the next level.

Melted the gasket

The DoJoe made a great pizza, but it melted the gasket on the Classic 1. We brought the grill to approx. 600 degrees before the gaskets started to liquify. I thought this accessory was meant for this grill…apparently I was wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't fit on classic 2

Just got it this week. I was super excited as I have really enjoyed cooking pizza on my classic 2 affordable a few months and was ready to level up. I was disappointed that Do Joe didn't fit onto my classic 2 for whatever reason. The back side has about a half inch gap no matter how it was adjusted to. Becuase of this, the dome temp never went higher than 500 F even at the full fire power.. Not sure how to fix this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

At my house we love pizza. Before I bought the DoJoe for my Kamodo Joe I was looking to buy a separate pizza oven. With the DoJoe my pizzas are always cooked perfect, the crust is amazing, and the wood flavor is delicious! It’s light weight yet solid, easy to put together, and easy to clean. If you like cooking outdoor pizzas you won’t regret this purchase.

Unfortunately the pizza paddle for Classic Joe II does not fit inside the DoJoe making it worthless to cook a pizza with. Very disappointing.
