Before purchasing the DoJoe I would have to open grill to check on pizza and loose all the heat. With the DoJoe I just slide the peel under pizza and lift to see bottom of crust without opening lid. Makes it alot easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a present from my wife, and as usual I wasn't too sure how much I'd enjoy this. It's fairly easy to set up, however, it is very easy to make great pizza with it. This puppy has kicked out lots of pizza's using my sourdough starter and if we're wanting something special this makes the list. No more going out and spending a ton of local pizza.

Before i was trying the deflector plates with Nuts to prop up my pizza stone, real headache. Received the Dojoe as a gift and lets just say mama Mia'!!..The pizzas rolling off this thing are amazing. Neighborhood block parties are a hit when i roll the Joe out for pizza night!! Make life easier and get yourself one.

We love to make pizza on our BigJoe III Using the DoJoe accessory. This makes the Big Joe more versatile and it is large enough that you can cook larger pizzas. Not like some pizza stones that will only do a 12"-14" pizza. Setup is simple and results are great.
