Time Saver and fun to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave HF3 Wet Dry Vac is a fantastic new addition to our family. Our son (3) begs to use it because it's so easy for him to help us clean and our floors have never been shinier. This is so great we may even back down our house cleaning to once/month. Cleaning it is easy too. After using the device we run the self clean (Again my 3 year old can do this with supervision), and then rinse and dry the parts. It's a 5 minute task rather than having to deal with buckets or a constantly gross mop. The interface for the controls is simple and intuitive though the first time you turn the Vac off you may think you've put it on high because it revs up before turning off. Likely to get any pooled water but still. All in all while the price tag may be a bit high the product works like it should and was designed for ease of use. The three year old disassembles the whole thing regularly and puts it back together.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've saw the commercials. I've saw the ads. I saw them in stores. BUT I never could imagine myself cleaning up milk with a vacuum cleaner. I would say "yeah right. Then that roller will be nasty". I tried this out and it's actually a win! I actually have cleaned up milk several times since owning it and haven't had an issue since it SELF CLEANS! My wife was skeptical as well but she has been moping the whole house with it! The charging station doubles as a self cleaning station. Plug it in and click the cleaning button. It then cleans itself up. My only complaint is the resivor for dirty water is pretty small but it does make it light.

I then cleaned with crosswave and water was dark gray and some hairs and fuzzies. Surprised how dirty floors still were after swiffer. Thought it would be a hassle to disassemble and clean but no big deal. Very happy with purchase.

Bought this fall of 24 and loved it so much I bought one for my daughter for her birthday. But after about 3 uses it stopped sucking the dirty water into the dirty tank. Just dumps it on the floor. I've cleaned out every nook and cranny thinking something is stuck in it and it's all clear. Warranty registration card still sitting in my desk because I lost my receipt. Stuck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
