MUST HAVE if you own pets or have children!

Having two dogs and children who love to go outside and play going in and out of the house... brings a lot of dirt on our floors. We also have a 170 lb cane corso dog who loves to drool everywhere tracking dirt! This vacuum has kept the house so much easier to keep our floors clean! I noticed a big difference when using cold water vurses hot water so please remember to use HOT water when using. The heat breaks up the dirt better when cleaning. Highly recommend!

The Most Amazing Vacuum Ever!

We have lots of kids and dogs coming and going all throughout the day so you could imagine how pitiful our floor might look! When we received the Bissell CrossWave Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac, we had already mopped our kitchen floor the day before. My son wanted to see how it was used so we got it out and used it! OMGosh! The results were amazing! It was quick and so easy to use. When we emptied the container with the dirty water in it we could not believe how brown the dirty water was! I feel so much better about my floors now. If I need to clean up before company comes over, I can just grab my Bissell CrossWave and quickly clean up and go from room to room without worrying about any cords since it is cordless. We have had other floor cleaners but they never left the floor as clean and dry as the Bissell CrossWave. Now all of my children and my husband are wanting to use it and I am not even getting a turn! LOL I would definitely SO recommend this Bissell CrossWave to everyone that I know.

Great for Children and Pets

I was skeptical that the BISSELL® CrossWave® HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac could handle the messes my family makes. I have tile, hardwoods, and lvp flooring and used the Bissell Crosswave HF3 successfully to clean mud and dry dirt. I would highly recommend vacuuming dry messes first before mopping as my partner learned the hard way that this can cause a bigger mess to clean up. Despite a learning curve my partner and I were able to get a great clean on my floors that was faster than vacuuming and mopping separately.

Simple and saves so much time

The Bissell Multi Surface vacuums, sanitizes, and mops all at the same time. I love the self-cleaning cycle too which is not that loud at all. This worked so well that my daughter borrowed it for 1 day to super clean and sanitize for the dorm floor. We will be buying a second one for her to keep. There wasn't anything I did not like or appreciate. Good product Bissell.

I like it, BUT there's room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I so wanted to love this and wanted it to be the answer to cleaning up after 12 rescue cats and a toddler. I like the overall function and being cordless is a definite plus, but two things need to be improved - first, the dirty water tank needs to hold more water - my kitchen isn't huge, but I had to empty it 4 times. Secondly, it needs a "scrubbier" brush. The pile on the brush just collapses as soon as it spins, requiring multiple passes over spots that would easily wipe up with a paper towel. That said, it does a decent job on my kitchen floor, and I will continue to use it and hope for a scrubbier brush option!

The vac is light and easy to maneuver. Does a good job up against the baseboards. My only mild criticism is that I wish the capacity of the cleaning water and wastewater tank was larger. I have to stop and refill several times to do my whole kitchen and family room area. Not a deal breaker though. The vac cleans hard surfaces so well
