[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is super easy to use! Quick set up and my kids know how to work it. I really enjoy it. It's great for stuck on or sticky spills. My only complaint is one of them swept up milk and now the entire vacuum stinks. I can't seem to find where the smell is coming from and am unsure how else to clean the roller bar.

I have 2 dogs and this is great for cleaning up paw prints after a rain or spills from kids. Yes, I have to clean it after each use but that is fairly simple. Unit is lightweight and easy to use. This thing has saved me so much time cleaning my hardwood floor. I hope it holds up well because I love it. I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm skeptical of new cordless products because they are often underpowered and their charge does not last long. But with the Bissell CrossWave, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to clean all of my hard floors without having to recharge. Plus, it was effective at picking up hardened food products on the floor, with a few passes with the Vac. I'm very impressed how easy it is to go from wet to dry cleaning. Very good investment from a trustworthy brand. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this product for a few months now. First of all I think you need to keep in mind that although it vacuums and mops at the same time it works best as a mop. Therefore, in order to get the best results I usually run my robot vac first to vacuum up as much debris and cat hair (I have 2 long haired cats) as possible. If your floor is extra dirty then temper your expectations with this mop. Overall it works very well, it's very easy to use and I appreciate the cleaning cycle at the end to clean the brush roll. I have a 2900 sq.ft home with ALL tile and I honestly only get to do 1st floor on one charge. (1500 sq.ft). It seems that the more you turn it off and on you drain more battery so my recommendation is if you need to stop to refill clean water you also empty the tank at the same time whether it needs it or not so you don't have to turn it off again just for that. The one drawback it has is the edge cleaning and cleaning grout well. I suspect a steam mop version would do better there so I may eventually purchase that down the road. Can't afford to spend more money on another mop so soon. So long story short, yes I would recommend it but know that for the best experience you have to do some prep cleaning of your floors.

This did a fantastic job vacuuming his fur, while cleaning the floors. I was so impressed! You just add water and a small amount of solution into the tank and get going. I was astonished when I dumped the dirty water out.
