It's been so convenient since it is cordless to use around the house. It's not heavy at all. I do wish the containers were bigger. I have a big house so I had to empty and refill 3 times trying clean most of the house. The battery life does work well but it would be nice if it could charge faster. I had to stop during one of my cleans to let it recharge. Also, it does seem like a lot of steps to clean out everything after using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness! This is my favorite cleaning product EVER! It does an amazing job cleaning and sanitizing my floors. I've used both the multi-surface cleaner and the sanitizer and both do a great job. I have almost exclusively hard flooring in my house and it moves seamlessly from tile to hardwood. I did a quick pass over a low-pile area rug and it did fine there too. The vac itself is very user friendly and excellent at doing its job. The only thing that isn't perfect is having to take it all apart to clean it after use, BUT the positives definitely outweigh that. (The cleaning process is easy, I just don't like having to wait for the parts to dry). I've attached pictures of the "used" water compartment after the very first pass in my floors. The water was considerably clearer after the first wash. 100% get one!

I've been through TWO of these in a year. First replacement was after 3 months and now my replacement is worthless, 9 months later. The problem? The hose that connects the mop head and tank breaks, as was the case again today. It's not being abused and honestly I use it once a week to mop, so it's not over used either. Terrible design that breaks very easily. I still have some warranty left on my replacement second unit, but honestly I'm going to buy a different product from another company that I trust more. Not that the process is difficult but I shouldn't have to do it again. Sorry Bissell. Between this and the air purifier I bought at the same time (which also had to be replaced after only 4 weeks), you've lost any future business from me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you vacuum first with a separate vacuum cleaner and then wash the floors with this device the clean-up is much easier. Of course you don't have to do this because it is also a very good vacuum. I am amazed at how much dirt it removes from an apparently clean floor. My waste water is always very dark as it removes dirt. Once you learn how to use it clean-up is easy.

Our house is almost completely tile floors, so this wet dry vacuum definitely appealed to me. And I have to say, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY by how well it worked. It's super lightweight and easy to use and I love that you're always using clean water to clean your floors, as opposed to traditional mop/bucket. I love that it's cordless and so easy to clean out. I love, love, LOVE it and can't recommend it enough!

The water tank tends to drip a little & 1 tank of clean does not equal 1 tank of dirty - the dirty runs out about 2/3 of the clean tank :( So refill before job is complete. The vacuum & cleaning is nice - particularly for the kitchen floor! However, I was told a 2nd brush would be included - it was not.
