[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening the box this Vac was super easy to put together. Just had to snap on the handle. Also included were two samples of the cleaner from Brissell which seem will last quite a while. The tank for the water and cleaner is clearly marked with the amounts to be used take any guess work out of it which was nice. Just fill with water to the line then with the solution to the next line and you are ready to go. The unit came with a partial charge and was able to try it out on my kitchen floor. The self propel is a nice feature to zip around the room. The solution is automatically applied while work so no need to hit an extra button. Picked up dog hair and leaves with no issue while leaving a very clean surface. The charging station is a little large. It is a floor base the vac sits in. So no option of mounting the a wall to keep out of the way. I am used to a standard plug with smaller cordless vacuums. Wouldnt be a deal breaker for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good cleaner. We already have the corded pet crosswave. I have been using both to clean our floors. The pet crosswave for cleaning and vacuuming and then this one for sanitizing. This is definitely a great appliance for quick spill clean ups. I wouldn't use for any solid debris cleaning though. Cleaning the appliance itself is quick and easy as well. It came with a tool that has a brush attached and also is a strainer for the dirty water. I am very happy with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited about this product! We have approximately 2,600 sq. ft. oil finished wood floors and 2 young kids. These floors are hard to mop because of the exposed wood grain. This wet dry vac works wonderfully!! It does not put out too much liquid for the wood, it isn't harsh on the wood, and it cleans thoroughly. I have only used the vacuum twice, so this may change with time, but the battery lasts long enough for me to get all of the floors done in one charge. It is very easy to clean. Only a few parts to remove to get to the roller to clean out everything. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend!! You need this product!

It does a great job at cleaning up messes. This is super functional, stores easily and clean up is a breeze. I have carpet and hardwood and tile so it works on a multitude of surfaces. Very pleased with this wet dry vac!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Crosswave HF3 has made my life that much easier. Operating the crosswave is really easy with just the push of a button. Right when you turn it on it almost wants to roll by itself, I love this compared to other heavier multi vacs I've tried. The cross wave doesn't leave my floor with streaks and it dries pretty quickly. The added accessories for clean up are a nice addition too. I really don't have any cons for this Bissell, it's a great wet/dry vacuum. Definitely recommend this one over other brands.

It really has left my floors clean, I'm not seeing a lot of streaking, and while you do need to clean it after, I honestly found cleaning it (even with the hair and grottiness, I shed ...) less gross than dragging around a bucket of dirty water. I've only used it a couple times but so far I'm really pleased!!
