[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Bissell CrossWave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vacuum. I could not be happier with it. I have several types of flooring in my house and it performed very well on each surface. From the tile in the kitchen, the hardwood flooring in the living room to the vinyl in the bathroom, the Bissell Wet Dry Vac performed way better than I honestly thought it would. Not to mention how easy it is to use. Its a lot quieter than a regular vacuum. With easy to follow directions, simple to control buttons, easy to fill and remove water containers what more could you ask for. The best part is it being cordless. The battery lasts quite a long time and allowed me to clean all of the floors in my house and still had some charge. I love that it keeps the clean and dirty water separate as well!! I highly recommend it if you're looking for a great wet-dry vac.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2600 sq ft of tile. Some is covered with area rugs, but still a lot of hard floor. I have previously gone through 3 Hoover Floormates over the last 20 years which I felt did an adequate job, but I was never really happy with it. I bought this after a friend raved about hers. Since it is cordless, it is much lighter and easier to maneuver than my previous Floormates and I think the roller type brush does a much better job than the horizontal brushes on the floormate. However, I don't think either of them do a great job getting to the grout lines. I understand there is only the one roller brush available for this model. I would like one that has some bristles so it can scrub better. I think there could be some improvements in the engineering - primarily the clean water tank. It fills from the bottom and the top is rounded so it cannot be placed on the counter. So, filling with water from the faucet is fine, but trying to take the lid off of a cleaner bottle and pouring with one hand is awkward. Also the instructions are minimal. This has 2 water flow amounts but I can't tell from the icons whether one large water drop or 2 small water drops indicate the higher water amount. I like the self-cleaning feature, but you still have to take it apart and clean it. Comes apart much easier than Floormate and goes back together easily. I like it well enough that I recommended to my neighbor who has purchased her own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Bissell CrossWave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry vacuum awhile ago and I love it. It's really usefull leaves my floors like new. I didn't know my floors were so dirty. Also, it is lightweight and it mostly fits under my furniture which is great. It has a perfect size which doesn't take much space, and like I said it does a great job and it's super easy to clean the vacuum when is all done. It's a must if you have pets and kids. I would definitely recommend it.

Good for Deep Cleaning, Not-So-Good for Quick Clean Ups.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell CrossWave HF3 is easy to operate and stores nicely in it's charging cradle, which has a relatively small footprint. A wall mount would be a nice option to have. While it did a good job of pulling a lot of dirt off the floor, it didn't pick up everything. We have a toddler and several areas of dried milk did not come off after several passes. The machine specific cleaner leaves the floor feeling smooth, not sticky like some cleaners which is good. Additionally, you have to clean out the machine and clean the roller after each use and let dry for 24 hours, which takes time and effort. This could be a product that could be leveraged as a once or twice a week deep cleaner but for quick wipe ups I would still use swifter wet jet. While over, it may have cleaned better than a quicker product the dried milk it wasn't able to remove and if you can't get your floors looking clean, removing more dirt doesn't matter quite as much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am surprised how efficiently it collects dirts. Works for approx 20-25 mins per charge if that makes concern then go for wired one model..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something to use for routine (whole house and spot) wood floor cleaning. The CrossWave HF3 Cordless seems to fit the bill. It does as advertised. My only comment is i wish the battery lasted 10 minutes more and the supply tank was a bit larger so I could get through the whole house without refilling the tank and recharging as it fell one room short. Knowing this now, I simply plan to split the process up to accommodate the machine's capabilities. Something I am able to live with.
