[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free in exchange for an honest review. I was excited to receive this as I have 3 kids, 2 dogs and live in an area with snow. Setup was easy, put the handle on the "vacuum", plug in the base and set it on top. I use this primarily to clean up after the kids and dogs. It's incredibly convenient to pick up quick messes, especially when snow and mud is tracked in. It will even work on my wife's area rug. It's incredibly easy to use, in fact my kids like when it's their time to use it. The only downfall is it doesn't really work for sticky messes and caked on mud. It would work if there was more weight on the brush. Realistically it's only a minor shortcoming, I prefer to mop anyways. Overall if you just want to use this for quick clean up it works great. Definitely not useful for bigger messes.

This vacuum is absolutely amazing and the transition between the hardwood floors and the carpet very easily. I really love this vacuum cleaner and I highly recommend it to everybody. The section on this vacuum cleaner is so good and it picks up everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bissell cordless HF3 vacuum is the best device I have ever used to clean our laminate and hardwood flooring. The innovative roller-brush design makes quick work on our floors and I love how clean they feel afterwards. Then just push the self clean button and empty the dirty water. So easy and effective, I couldn't ask for anything more.

But not at the comparable level with Bissell. a mix of wet and dry mode makes my cleaning easy without too many machines at home. It's easy to clean on wood and carpet. Really love the wet clean function on the carpet, never that clean!

The LVP is darker, and shows my dogs little paw prints from every time she goes outside and then comes back in with wet paws. Í was constantly vacuuming then mopping the floors. It was time consuming and painful. I tried the Bissell CrossWave and it's been a have changer for my household. The vacuum is very light weight which makes it easy to move around the house. I love that it's cordless as well since that was always a pain with the traditional vacuum. I keep this on the base, fill it up and go when needed. Also, it's pretty quiet as well. It does a great job cleaning the LVP and tile floors. I haven't tried it on my area rugs yet, but will soon. I also like that it came with cleaners to try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Someone help me not to have it leave streaks. First use and it left streaks on my floors . Any suggestions? Also after dries still Leaves some spots from floor. Not great deep cleaner but good daily use
