[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I really wasnt expecting this little vac to have such big power. Its the perfect size for an apartment, doesnt take up much space. It cleans great, and the clean up of the machine is super easy! The head swivels and makes it easy to get under the cabinets and other hard to reach spaces. It moves really smooth across the floor, and makes cleaning so much easier!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought a lightweight, cordless , quiet wet/dry vacuum sounded like a great idea. We have two small dogs, two cats, and two large fish tanks. Our wood laminate and tile floors get pretty dirty, so here's my warning: This product is not for heavy duty jobs! You cannot control the amount of cleaning fluid that comes out (there's way too little). The first time I used it I really thought there was something wrong. What was wrong is that I believed I could get a good wet/dry vacuum cleaner for around $200. I guess I have to stop being so cheap and get a bigger, more powerful one. Extremely disappointing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this CrossWave HF3 Cordless multi-surface wet dry vacuum be from Bissell to give my honest opinion, the vacuum cleaner is sensational I love it because it helps you save time because it washes and vacuums at the same time. and the best thing is that the CrossWave HF3 has a cleaning cycle to clean the machine, I like that it is Cordless and so I don't have to keep changing plugs to clean different parts of the house. It doesn't make as much noise as other vacuum cleaners and that's what I like. I like it and it is very light and easy to maneuver. It is very easy to clean the parts. This vacuum cleaner has helped me a lot with cleaning my floors since I have a dog and it sheds a lot of hair and also 4 children who always have a mess. I highly recommend The BISSELL CrossWave HF3 Cordless multi-surface wet dry vacuum is phenomenal with cleaning your floors.and finally I like it because it is rechargeable.

I dreaded "mopping" them and would do them with a wet mop every 2 weeks, and by hand once every 4-6 weeks in order to get into crevices and corners. The wet mop took some exertion to push and pull. The Bissell is a back and ankle saver as it self propels across the floor. I do not dread cleaning these floors anymore! I don't like using cleaners on my floor so just use warm water with a drop of Dawn.

Mop head has small plastic perches that hold mop squeegee in place, which broke. Now I get no suction and Bissell doesn't sell the correct replacement parts.
