So, when I saw the BISSELL® CrossWave® HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac and read reviews for it online, I knew this was the 2 in 1 vacuum that I needed. The BISSELL® CrossWave® HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac can vacuum and wash/mop at the same time -- yes, you read that right. It is a multi-surface wet/dry vacuum, that can clean sealed hard wood floors, tile, linoleum and laminate. My house is all hardwood floors throughout, with the exception of tile in the kitchen and linoleum and tile in the baths. So, this vacuum is perfect for all my cleaning needs. The BISSELL® CrossWave® HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac once charged will offer 25 minutes of quiet, cordless cleaning. I like vacuums that are cordless as they are easier to bring from room to room, and I don't have to struggle to find a free outlet to plug it in. Also, there is no tripping over the cord by my kids or dog running around. The BISSELL® CrossWave® HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac automatically dispenses cleaning solution during use, so you don't have to worry about carrying around cleaning formula or walk around pre-treating floor surfaces. As you walk about with the BISSELL® CrossWave® HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac, it will clean and sanitize your floors, eliminating 99.9% bacteria. As a family with all sorts of allergies, I am always looking for products that will help cut down on airborne and other allergens floating around, especially in our home. Even though we got rid of carpets and have wood floors throughout, we still need to make sure we are deep cleaning the floors, to prevent allergies. I have been using the BISSELL® CrossWave® HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac for over a week now, and love it. It is so quiet, and cleans well. I really like how it is lightweight for easy carrying up and down stairs. Plus, it allows for easy maneuring around corners and door frames. I could go on and on about how great the BISSELL® CrossWave® HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac, but, instead, why don't you check it out for yourself. As a busy mom, I like how I can get vacuuming and mopping down in one swoop. Saves me time, and offers a deep clean that past vacuuming or mopping alone didn't achieve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to set up and start cleaning right out of the box. Does a good job "mopping" but has a few downfalls. Self clean is nice, pulls out a good amount of dirty water from mop brush. Does not clean about .5" on both sides and front of vacuum, making it impossible to clean properly at baseboards etc. No way to turn mop brush off to vacuum carpets. Mop brush never fully dries out, has to be harboring bacteria. Vacuuming up dry things is hit or miss, either it does a great job, or it clogs up the tray under the mop brush.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wet dry Zack is awesome. I have an older tile floor that can be a real pain to keep clean. It's nice to be able to quickly clean up small or even big messes without bringing out a mop and preparing water every time I need to clean something up. I don't need to separate the wet mess from the dry mess and can do it all at the same time. I love the self cleaner button because I can clean the brushes without getting my hands dirty. It's great that it can be used on different flooring types because there's a different floor in my bathroom and I can just take it with me there to do a quick cleanup in between full cleanups. This crosswave is a real godsend for busy families.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a brand new Bissell Crosswave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface hard floor cleaner as Christmas gift however it came early and I just had to give it a try. It was very easy to assemble out of the box, one click of the handle and it was ready. I put on the charger because it came slightly charged. While it was charging I read the directions which were very simple to understand and I registered it for warranty. I was amazed at how much dirty and pet hair it picked up with my first usage. It was very easy to take apart and clean. I love that how easy with a push of a button the machine cleans self. The only downside I can see is that you have to wait at least 24hrs for the parts to completely dry before you can use again however when I looked onsite at parts & supplies you can purchase extra brushes, extra filters, extra dirty tank assembly and extra squeegee. I will be purchasing these extra parts that way when one is cleaned and drying my CrossWave HF3 is ready to clean up messes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a wonderful vacuum/mop. It's light and the battery lasts a long time. I have 3,000 sq ft and it does it all in high water flow. The not so great is that the roller isn't great of you need something that's dried on the floor and needs scrubbed. The cleaning button you press while it's charging is annoying pressing it while you're using it. The good thing is that button you press doesn't function unless it's in the charger.
