Excellent, Quick Floor Cleaning Option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Bissel CrossWave Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac! It has become my everyday cleaning device for keeping my floors spotless and clean. I used to use a spin mop and steam vac for keeping my floors looking good but the CrossWave has quickly replaced them. I like that the CrossWave is cordless and that it can be used all over my house including on hardwood floors, tile AND on my area rugs. It picks up pet hair and dust like a magnet and disperses the perfect amount of water so floors dry quickly- generally less than 3 mintues. Now I will say this vacuum is almost perfect but there is a few things to consider- the vacuum will only run on the wet/ dry function and not just the dry function alone. Also since I use this vacuum everyday, I find the filter has a hard time getting completly dry before the next use. So for those planning on using this device everyday a replacement roller and filter may be necessary to let the filter dry out properly. Overall the CrossWave HF3 is an excellent option for an easy, quick and lightweight solution to keep floors clean and looking amazing.

It had a bigger tank, it had a trigger that you could control when you wanted the cleaner to be dispensed. It was awesome. This new one I absolutely hate it. It don't clean and you are constantly emptying the tank and refilling the tank. It gets to the point where I just sweep and mop by hand. Very disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok...my bad. I wrote a review earlier this evening complaining that my HF3 cross wave wasn't sucking up the dirty water. I finally found a video on YouTube and realized I'd left out the piece that goes behind the brush. Apparently it is the part that directs the dirty water intro the dirty water tank. I had sat it up on a high shelf to dry in my laundry room and forgot about it. My apologies. I got it all put back together correctly and now my floors are clean again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BISSELL CrossWave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface Wet Dry Vac has been a great addition to my cleaning routine. I am a mom of three boys ages four and under so I have little time to spend deep cleaning and am so grateful this wet dry vac is so easy and quick to use. I did find I had to refill the tank throughout my cleaning process which wasn't ideal but it is easy to do and extra dirty spots on my floors required quite a few swipes in the high cleaning mode. I used this on both tile and hardwood floors in my home with no issues. It was really easy to clean after use as well with the self clean button on the handle. I also liked how quickly it recharged after use. Overall, I highly recommend this for quick easy clean up but do wish it had a bit larger tank and wet brush roll power.

This one is amazing! It is self propelled, able to get under cabinets and cleans just as well as the more expensive model. I would recommend this to anyone with tile, laminate, etc!
