I guess I expected more for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this laptop a month ago. For the most part I'm pleased with it, except: the volume doesn't get that loud, when on a Zoom call I have the volume on 100%. Battery life is not as long as it says, lasts maybe 3 hours. And runs hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
