[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Lenovo ThinkBook 15 Gen 4 Intel (15”). It starts up quickly and I love the fingerprint capability for unlocking it. It connects to Wi-Fi immediately and I have had no issues printing via Wi-Fi (I was having major difficulty with both on my old HP laptop). The keyboard is very easy to type with and overall, I love the look and feel of the laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I got the software loaded, the computer has been fine. HOWEVER, the instructions that were sent did not match the operating system, and customer support could not help me. It should have been a simple change in the instructions sent: the computer was loaded with a Windows 11 Pro operating system, not Windows 10, but the instructions for loading Microsoft 365 were for Windows 10. If installation instructions for Microsoft 365 had been adjusted to match what was installed (Windows 11 Pro), there wouldn’t have been a problem. 2nd issue, using consistent wording with Adobe product code versus product key. Small corrections would have made the process very smooth. As it was, after talking to Lenovo and having to go through Microsoft chat (bots) before speaking to an actual human, I very nearly sent everything back. The Adobe issue was relatively easy to solve, but I still had to call Adobe support, only to find out the CODE meant KEY.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this labtop is good. The chrome browser has the tendency to crash intermittently. In heavy use the battery does not last very long less than 6hrs
