[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from a prior gen think pad. The main con of my prior gen laptop was it didn't handle well dual 4k external monitors and one day it just stopped booting. This one feels more responsive.

For the most part, these laptops have been an assistant to the functionality we purchased them for. We purchased two. They are identical with the sole exception one has the Microsoft package installed. As an avid typist, the keys are very comfortable and do not exhaust my wrists. We don't save to the internal drive so I could not review it. It would be nice to have more USB plug ins. Thus far, no software error messages.
One MAJOR issue with this laptop is the battery life. It just doesn't exist. The goal for purchasing the 'laptops' was to maintain complete functionality while being remote. And we were of the understanding the purpose of a laptop is remote accessible without having to plug in. This particular issue was very disappointing as it was one of our main goals to the purchase.
BUYERS BEWARE --- Do not expect to utilize this laptop remotely for very long without having to plug it in.
