I ordered Flex model and I found it little soft for me, called Ghostbed asking to help with exchange to more firm style. It was really easy process. I had really great Chat session twice with an agent. They are very friendly, & knowledgeable. Only process took long was donation place took forever to pick up my mattress. So I had 2 mattresses for almost 10 days. Best part I was able to use both mattress to compare them. Refund/difference took longer then I expected. That’s the only small part I wasn’t happy but over all I’ll give 10 out of 10 on everything.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this pillow and then retuned it after 4 days of use. WAY TO SOFT. We have 3 of the original pillows that are to hard hence why we tried this. Your almost there Ghost! LOL.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been testing the Ghost Pillow for more than a week and I honestly love it.

Best Pillow

Easily the best pillow I have ever bought. I recently bought several "luxury" type (faux down-hypo-allergenic as well as foam) pillows looking to replicate the feel of the 5 star hotel pillow. This pillow has all the competition beat. Could have 6 stars if they were able to use the cooling cover of the "Ghost Pillow" but it is what it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I can't say enough good things about this pillow! I had a massive stroke when I was 22 and I had to have a craniotomy to relieve the pressure in my brain, so I have horrible neck pain and head pain/migraines. I went through so many different pillows, including the original memory foam ghost pillow and none have even come close to making the pain bearable. Until the the faux down pillow I can actually sleep through the night again instead of waking up with a migraine!! Thank you Ghostpillow for giving me my sleep back!!

So far we like them, need a little longer o try. But looks like a keeper. But they should have sent me the tee shirt. When I opened the card it said thanks here’s your tee shirt, it’s not my fault that u sent the wrong info.what a let down,could have been great advertisement.
