Awesome product. This pillow is very comfortable offers good support and doesn’t make you hot like other foam pillows.

Though it is not as constantly cool as I was hoping, it is Super Comfortable. And it is nice to get that cool blast initially.

Too firm and thick!!

I slept on it for five nights, and it was a little too firm and thick. My neck was sore each morning. I am going to try again to see if I can get use to it!!

The pillow was made well. The ice cover is cooling. It was just too thick for us. When I tried to return it I discovered that I had to pay for shipping. I wanted to order the shredded since I would be able to customize it. Unfortunately after learning I had to pay for shipping. I sold them else where and ordered some shredded pillows from somewhere else
