Great choice

We bought a matress 2 years prior to the Ghost Bed that was so uncomfortable. Was hesitant on getting a new matress and having the same issue, but so far we really enjoy it. The mattress is a little firmer than expected, but we still like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Killing my back

My wife and I slept awesome for the first couple of months but now after a year, the mattress definitely lost its firmness. It is terrible on our back and there isn’t a firm spot on it except around the edges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got my Cali-King in. Unboxed said bed, and observed it in all its amazingness. However, this bed was not the bed I was imagining when I thought of a cali-king. I learned a cali- king is for people who are extremely tall and not for people who think it is a bed larger than a king. Either way, the bed is great. Maybe one day I’ll decide to change it out

Quality Mattress - Very Firm!

The mattress is very well constructed and high quality. The smell these type of mattresses usually have was not an issue with this mattress, extremely low odor! The issue I had was that it was too firm for me. I was given very responsive Customer Service and GhostBed truly follows through with their 101 night trial. I want to make sure you understand the policy requires 30 night minimum to give your body time to adjust, and the mattress time to soften fully. I was still uncomfortable after the 30 days. GhostBed sent a mattress topper to help, but it still was not enough. GhostBed worked with me and offered the full refund or the option to swap for a different model. I chose to swap for the Nature's Sleep GhostBed Performance! It is a hybrid, just like the 3D Matrix. Very plush and much better for someone with the back, hip and arthritis issues I have. Just waiting for the donation company to come pick up the other mattress. Very happy with the Customer Service I received. Be aware that the 101 night trial only applies to the original mattress purchased, not to the one you swap for, if you go that route.

Cali King size is very nice, very much comfortable and supports body in all the correct places, very easy to "sleep in" , except work calls. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a superior mattress, well worth the price mark!

Too firm

It’s advertised as medium plush but it’s actually a firm. Talked to customer service they just told me to get my kids to jump up and down on it and it should soften but still no luck. It’s a little over 2 months old. Really don’t no what to do about it at this point.
