Was expecting more

I bought the adjustable base combo and am currently a little over 60 days in to the trail and have already contacted CS for a remedy. So here goes...
Delivery: Received the mattress two days before the base. Both are heavy, but with two people can be easily set up with no problems. Was able to sleep on the mattress the same night with no weird smell.
Base: The instruction manual was easy to read and understand. Also describes all the functions and features. The included USB ports are nice, but charge super slow so I opted for my normal chargers for devices. It also slides, a lot! So make sure you also invest in the brackets to keep the base in place. The primary con for me in regard to base is that the anti-snore function worked for about two weeks and then stopped. Have to manually adjust to that setting. Further, the vibration patterns go all wonky every now and then.
Mattress: I opted for original ghost bed, and height is a bit lower than my old mattress. The sides droop down when sitting on the edge, so it feels as if you'll slide right off when putting on shoes. The firmness is good, but my husband and I both wake with back pain that is typically worse than it was. That claim was my primary motivation for purchasing in the first place. Mattress needs to conform to base adjustment still as certain positions leave gaps between the base and mattress.
Returns: you can return/replace the matress within the trial period. However, base purchases are final. If you choose to upgrade the matress, hen your trial is complete and you're stuck with the new one for better or worse. Customer service is excellent, however, I wanted another couple days to discuss whether to fully upgrade or just return the matress and go with a different brand. Was told than fine and made an appointment for a follow-up. That was mine days ago, with no emails or calls from the company since.

This is not the first bed that I have purchased online, but now my advice is to go into a physical store and try any mattress that catches your eye or matches your criteria for a new bed. For the price, I want to be sure that a mattress will meet my needs and I'll not be stuck with a bed that promises one thing but doesn't deliver. I was hoping my experience would be much better.

It's Fantastic

I'm soooo happy with this purchase. The mattress is truly comfortable. It's bern years since I've actually found a mattress that works for me. The adjustable frame is fantastic. I didn't realize the bells and whistles that were a part of it. The lights and massager are wonderful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The bedframe is awesome. The bed is very firm, and so we put a pillow topper on. Did not order a gel pillow topper as the mattress is full of gel. Wish we had ordered the 13 inch mattress.

This bed base is great. We got the split king - two twin bases. It was super easy and quick to set up. The features are much better than a more expensive one we had before - massage, heat, lights - it has it all!

80 days later I have no regrets. I’m confident that any GhostBed product is of excellent quality. I fall asleep faster and sleep deeper with no toss and turn. It has helped my back pain tremendously. I highly recommend their products and plan on buying my mom one.

Best Bed I’ve Ever Owned!!

I ordered the Luxe combo with the king size mattress and adjustable base. Shipping was fast but Fed-Ex was screwy. Assembly was easy and it was fast to get it all together. I’ve had chronic back pain for several years. I was shocked to see the pain go away IMMEDIATELY as soon as I laid on this mattress.
We’ve had the bed for a little over a month now and it is hands down the best bed I’ve ever owned. I’ve had 0 back pain and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. I was in a car wreck in late October and got a broken leg and numerous cracked ribs for my efforts. This bed has been a Godsend because with these ribs it’s hard to get up and down. The adjustable base helps me get in and out with ease. Thank you GhostBed!
