Sorry, but this was a gift for my son. It is a spare that will be used on opposite side of bed. Unfortunately, the bed won’t be sent until January. Unable to truly rate it.

The battery cover comes off

4 Stars due to the lack of information on outdated remotes. (We have an older adjustable frame). Still love the easy features and functions of the remote. Customer service was awesome in supplying the needed remote quickly. Love my Ghostbed.
