Not a happy camper :-(

Overall it's bad! We still have a week or so left on our 30 days trial with the bed and so far it's not looking good. For the price of the items I am not satisfied and the customer service is POOR. I had few instances and I must say all of them were pretty poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this bed because wife has problem with gastric reflux. She loves it! And I must admit I'm sleeping much better too.

Perfect for both

Helped my back problems and has been a great way to relax at night before drifting to sleep. I use the gentle vibrate function, the fiance has different tastes, but we both get our way.

Elevation is the key

I like the adjustability. The mattress is soft, yet firm. My girlfriend was able to set up the bed with ease, so installation was a cinch. My back issues have almost disappeared. My girlfriend has some leg issues, nut those issues have decreased with the zero gravity setting. She just lays down with her feet elevated and her pain goes away after about 20 minutes,

Great for some, horrible for others

For this bed about a week ago, already returned it. Fairly easy to set up and mattresses expanded to full size within minutes. One of us loved the bed, especially the adjustable frame. The other one of us found the mattress way too firm, no give at all; and way too hot. Woke up sore & tired every night. Spouse felt fine and had fewer aches.

Worst experience someone could have.

We had a lot of issues items came in broken, couldn’t get ahold of anyone to replace them. We spent a lot of money for sub par service. I would not recommend ghost bed to anyone. They told us they would comp us for our troubles that was a lie. No one wants to help they just make it so much trouble they hope you give up!
