Love Bed, Massager will wake the neighbors

Have a split king. One of the bedframes is great, the other, the massagers are so loud you can hear them outside. Ghostbed sent me a video to show me how to restuff the foam around the unit. It worked for a minute and then, of course, the foam vibrated out of place. Our units do not look anything like the video so i think there may have been a recent redesign that is under-engineered for noise suppression. Ghostbed has suggested they may replace the vibrating unit, but it works fine...it is the insulating material that will not stay in place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ordered the twin xl. Good sturdy frame, fast shipping and easy to assemble. Love the additional features like massage, USB chargers and led lighting underneath.

I bought the adjustable base so that I could elevate my head more comfortably when sleeping. I love that I can get just right for me. Sitting up in bed while watching tv is so comfy too. The 12" legs are perfect to still be able to store stuff under the bed and the bed doesn't look too short. The only 2 things I've noticed is that the massaging option isn't very strong. I guess it's more just for nervous system relaxation than actual relief but I still like it. I also thought the motor to adjust the bed would be quieter but I have nothing to compare to. It's not loud but it is noticeable though. All in all though I'm loving my adjustable base and I'm so glad I bought it. Shipping was fast. I'm pleased.

The order was fast and simple with the help of an agent. Product was delivered on time. Set up was simple and easy. The bed frames are sturdy and strong. All functions operate smoothly. We are enjoying the bed and hope it would last a long time.....

We already had a king ghoast bed. Recently purchased the 2 twin adjustable platforms. Works great!

Our adjustible base arrived quickly and was easy to set up, eventhough all instructions were only in French. The preset positions are nice, I like the flashlight option on the remote. We bought the split king bed frame and I was worried that the remotes would affect both sides, but they pair to each bed and we've had no issues! The rail on the bottom is a must to keep the matress in place, one on the side might help keep the mattresses from parting, but this has only been a small issue that gets solved with a small push in the morning.
