The set up was super

The set up was super easy, the hardest part was carrying it downstairs. I thought the legs were maybe too big but I actually like the ability to clean all the dust bunnies that accumulate under the bed. The light under the bed allows me to see them better too.
Love the fact I can now sit up to watch tv in bed snd my shoulder pain from sleeping too flat has almost disappeared.
The only criticism I have is the instructions (including the remote definitions) were all in French. I tried calling but was on hold forever, also the lights on the vibration buttons don’t light up.
Other than that, I’m so happy I got this bed!

However, the mattress is a little too hard for us. Otherwise you guys have the best customer service I have experienced in years! You tried to accommodate us in so many ways. We love the base and will enjoy our Ghostbed with our new topper.

Big mattress

The bed was easy to set up. However, we find the mattresses to be too large for the frame. They hang slightly over the edges with no support. The mattress on another frame would be fine.
I love the features of the adjustable bed, however it is hard to get in a comfortable sitting position and stay there. I am sliding forward and my lumbar is not getting enough support. Again, I attribute this to the thickness of the mattress. Otherwise, the mattress is comfortable.

. My old mattress was more comfortable. For the price that I paid for this bed I would not recommend it.

I recently had surgery and was told that I could never sleep laying down again so I got the dual adjustable king-size. I did not receive pillows or sheets I did however get two T-shirts. One side does not go all the way up now it did in the beginning it doesn’t now. The mattress... it’s OK. My old mattress was more comfortable. For the price that I paid for this bed I would not recommend it.

Since I got this bed I sleep well and get up with no back pain. I live it. The installation was simple and easy. The firmness and softness of the best is perfect. Set up was easy and quick.

We are very happy with our adjustable bases . Had an unforeseen problem with the head motor but the Ghostbed team was on it and everything is working again .
